The Audacity program will let you manipulate your MP3s in many different ways, and it`s free.
Just download and install it. Open your MP3 file and select all of it (Edit->select All) and go to Effect->Reverse. Push the Play button and you`ll hear your MP3 in reverse
The one complicated thing there is that you have to download the MP3 feature separately if you want to save your reversed files as MP3s. (It`s about how the MP3 format is licensed). Just click the `LAME MP3 encoder` link and follow the instructions.
