ne znam koliko to ima veze chat-om, koliko sa vuugleoom, prosto resenje bi bio najjeftiniji moguci polovni telefon izmenjive baterije sa buvljaka kompatibilan sa vuuugleom i mozda pripejd kartica sa trafike (ako i dalje postoji takva usluga), pa se guglisi do mile volje, koliko vugle naloga se moze vezati za 1 isti tel. broj, ne bih znao (pozeljno je biti u kaficu / benziskoj pumpi / meku, dok se registrujes, a mozda i drugom gradu, mada, to je sve igrarija, jer buduce provere bi se morale sprovoditi pod slicnim uslovima +- izmenjivi hardver)
