1. Disconnect the product from the computer.
2. Uninstall the HP Scanjet 4370 Photo Scanner software and restart the computer.
3. Click the back button on your browser to navigate to the HP Scanjet G3010 Photo Scanner page and locate the Vista full feature solution.
4. Click Download and then click Run.
5. When prompted, reconnect the computer to the HP Scanjet 4370 Photo Scanner, and then follow the onscreen prompts to complete the installation.
